Chuck went above and beyond in helping us sell our house. It is difficult trying to sell a property from 500 miles away. Chuck knew what needed to be done prior to putting the house on the market. Chuck arranged for people to make some required repairs and made sure all inspections were completed prior to the winter months. Chuck made selling a house easy and saved us a lot of time.
